Over the last year, Rachel has been a vital member of our team, providing crucial support and guidance to our learners as they progress in their Housing apprenticeships.
Rachel's expertise in the housing industry spans over two decades, and she is dedicated to helping others achieve their professional goals and delivering a best-in-class service.
In this blog, we learn more about Rachel and her journey with Kingdom Academy so far.
How long have you been working at Kingdom? How did it all start?
I started working at Kingdom Academy end of August 2023 after I was approached on LinkedIn by a recruitment agency.
I became a tutor after being an end-point assessor for another training provider and although I enjoyed that part of the apprenticeship, I wanted to be the one to support each learner gain their qualification from the start instead of at the end.
What is your expertise/role?
I am a tutor for Housing, level 2 to 4 CIH qualification.
I have over 20 years housing experience, I have level 4 CIH qualification, Level 3 teaching & Education, TAQA level 3 Assessor, ILM level 3 and EPA experience.
What’s your favourite part about working at the company?
Interacting with all my colleagues and additional training opportunities, working with and supporting all learners through their journey.
What are the company’s values you stand for?

How do you spend your time outside of work? What do you enjoy doing?
I am an avid reader; I think I probably have an addiction to purchasing books, I like wine & looking after my 5 dogs, and going on holiday
