Throughout his impressive 20-year career, Tom has dedicated himself to advancing Learning and Professional Development programmes.
He has led industry-specific department teams, successfully achieving improvement initiatives aligned with quality, compliance and performance expectations.
His passion drives him to continually seek innovative ways to inspire and support our learners.

As an avid wildlife and countryside enthusiast, he finds hiking brings fresh perspectives and renewed energy to his professional life. Weekends often find him on scenic walks with family and Chihuahua, Charles.
