At Kingdom, our CARE values shape everything we do.

We’re proud of the CARE values we live by every day, and we’re always looking to improve.

We understand exactly where we are at and what more we must do. We do not just set goals – we commit to them, tracking our progress every step of the way to make sure we are always improving, and we hold ourselves accountable to stay on course.

We work hand-in hand with our customers to foster fairness, inclusion, and responsible investments in DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance).

Our Colleague CARE Platform promotes our CARE values and policies, connects all our colleagues, shares updates, celebrates our achievements and offers support whenever it’s needed and a safe space to raise concerns.

We calculate and report annually on our group outcomes versus our goals.

  • Our gender pay gap has reduced from 9.27% to 0.39% over the last 2 years.
  • Our team is represented by colleagues from 76 nationalities with 51% describing themselves as from an ethnic minority background.
  • We increased women in leadership roles by 18% and 13% more women have joined our group in the last 12-months.
